I was working on new tasks and preparing some of my older designs for implementation. At most, I was focusing on creating icons for a big section from the RaskRask Partner App that I designed as well. The intention was to follow the style guide of the other icons that are there on the website and make it fit with the app\u2019s interface. Besides, based on some research I got from my mentor, some of the users of the app are dyslexic, thus I had to pay a thorough attention to making the icons convey the meaning without reading the label\u2019s text below them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the same app, the company has a guide which is linked to a google drive folder with all the information for the partners. The information from there is quite important yet not very accessible and hard to process. I had to create a template in the app where the information, from all the documents, could be stored and easily retrieved. For a better UX I also considered using a search functionality as there are a lot of pages that could lead to confusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another entertaining activity from last week was to research and learn UI patterns that are used in top visited websites\/web apps such as Netflix, Amazon, Airbnb, Etsy, Booking.com etc. that are stored on this website: <a href=\"https:\/\/goodui.org\/\">https:\/\/goodui.org\/<\/a> . After analyzing the data, I tried to find the bad used UI patterns on the RaskRask\u2019s website and change those sections\u2019 design to the improved version suggested by goodUI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now I am enjoying the last official two weeks of my internship and I can honestly say that so far, it was a good experience for me.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Last two weeks of my internship were pretty productive overall.
